Common support questions
I didn't receive my download link.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with your order reference (starting with aurah-) and the email address you used at checkout.
My download link has expired.
Download links are valid for 30 days. If your link has expired, email us and we will resend it.
I was charged twice for the same order.
Email us with both order references and we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge. See our Refund Policy.
