These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aurahcare website and the purchase of digital worksheets. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Aurahcare is operated by Gazala Patel as an individual proprietor.

1. Products

All products sold on this website are digital PDF worksheets. They are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout after successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Permitted Use

Each worksheet is licensed for personal use by the purchaser. You may print and use the worksheet with your own family members or clients in a personal or professional support capacity. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or sublicense any worksheet in any form, whether in whole or in part, in print or digitally.

One purchase grants one license. If you require multiple licenses (for example, for a school or organisation), please contact us to discuss appropriate terms.

3. Download Access

Download links sent by email are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you experience any difficulty accessing your download within that window, contact us at gazala@aurahcare.in and we will assist you.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent. Refunds are available in the following cases only:

A duplicate charge was made for the same order.
The download link was never received and we are unable to resend it within a reasonable time.

To request a refund, contact us at gazala@aurahcare.in within 7 days of your purchase with your order reference number. See our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to worksheet text, designs, and imagery, is the property of Aurahcare / Gazala Patel and is protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
