Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all digital worksheet purchases made on the Aurahcare website, operated by Gazala Patel.

Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold on this website are digital PDF files. Because the product is delivered electronically and is available for download immediately after a successful payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the download link has been dispatched to your email.

When a Refund Is Available

A full refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: Your payment method was charged more than once for the same order.
  • Delivery failure: You did not receive the download link by email and we are unable to successfully resend it after being contacted.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong item, or because the content did not meet your expectations after download.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at gazala@aurahcare.in within 7 days of your purchase date.
  2. Include your order reference number (found in your purchase confirmation email, starting with aurah-).
  3. Briefly describe the issue (duplicate charge or delivery failure).

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once a payment link has been used and payment has been confirmed.

If you initiated a payment but did not complete it, no charge will have been made and no cancellation is required.
